How to Knit * Honeycomb Brioche Stitch

   Can this stitch be used on the round needles to make a cowl scarf? Also, is more yarn consumed on large needles (say US size 11 or small needles, US side 8), all other factors being equal?

   I goofed and had to undo a row of stitches and now I can’t figure out how to get the knitting back on my needle correctly. Any advice would help.
